So I still had a few things on my checklist to do before I left the Island and I can happily say that I spent my afternoon checking them off. Nichole and I rented a tandem bike, which was so fun and all I had hyped it up to be. Athough much harder than I thought it would be. We stopped along the way to try deep-friend pickles-amazing! Rode a little further and stopped to make a rock sculpture, and finished the afternoon getting ice-cream at our favorite spot, Sanders. All-in-all a wonderful, wellspent afternoon!
