All Aboard
I just got home from an incredible, once-in-a-life-time experience! There is a boat called Bounty docked here on the Island and I had stopped by earlier today to take pictures purely because I thought it looked cool. Come to find out that it was one of the boats that was used in Pirates of the Carribean! I was happy enough to have the pictures, but Nichole and Jen wanted to see as well so we wandered down there after sitting at the harbor for a while tonight. As we were standing there reading some info on the boat, one of the crew memebers happened to be heading on board and he stopped to chat with us. After his drunken friend joined the conversation for a bit, we soon found ourselves on the boat being given a behind the scenes tour. They usually let people on the boat for tours all the time but they had the day off while being docked on the Island so it was special enough that we were even on the boat. But Grant, the drunken friend, even took us to places on the boat that nobody but crew is ever allowed on to! Justin, the non-drunk crew member, continued our tour for us and was very patient with all of our questions. It was an incredible experience to say the least and it was a huge bummer that none of us had our cameras with us. Even though we don't have pictures on the boat, it is still an experience that will not soon be forgotten.
